Angela  | Founder + Designer

Angela Carlyle, the managing partner, holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Accounting. She began her career working in Marketing for a Forbes Fortune 100 company and later transitioned to accounting and navigated her career through public, nonprofit and corporate entities. More notably, she has worked as a personal accountant and lifestyle manager for more than twelve years. During this time she has also acquired valuable insight and event planning experience while working part-time for a Destination Management Company (DMC). After serving as the “Accidental Day-of Coordinator,” and bridesmaid, she decided to combine her creative talents and organizations skills into her passion for wedding and events.

Today, Angela and her team of stylists, event designers and coordinators are best known for their personalized service, unexpected ideas and incredible attention to details. They strive to make the planning process fun and relaxing for everyone involved. No matter the task or number of guests, Edison Baines will make your moment personalized and unforgettable.

Catering Director & Event Planner

Yukie will admit that she finds comfort in working behind the scenes. She expresses her passion in baking cakes and creating unique catered meals. She began her catering career in an unconventional way. In 2011 Yukie catered a large wedding reception for her uncle as a wedding gift. As a perfectionist, she was insistent upon serving only freshly made items so the amount of work proved to be more than anticipated. However, Yukie enjoyed every moment. Yukie has garnered a reputation for taking the simple and making it unique. Her most popular requested items is the Red Velvet Cake that is made from scratch using her grandmother’s recipe.


Sales Director & Event Planner

David has over twenty-five years in the auto industry but he is not your typical sales director. As the primary person responsible for developing new business, he relishes the fact that he can add artistic elements to each wedding. David’s love for the camera gives him the opportunity to direct styled photo and video shoots. Additionally, he coordinates all transportation logistics as well as the set up and striking the day of the event.
